Getting Started with ClearSale
This page will help you get started with ClearSale.
How ClearSale works
We can split the ClearSale integration process into two layers, frontend, and backend. ClearSale will provide you Javascript code snippets which must be set in the frontend website to help collect information to help identify navigation behaviors.
In the backend, the integration is based on the ClearSale API, which is responsible for providing the way to send orders for ClearSale Analysis.
Front-end
User behavior
Two types of code snippets are necessary for the first step to be done.
1st: Fingerprint Technology
It is a profiling script that is responsible for loading the invisible objects responsible for gathering the profiling variables of the equipment used to browse the website.
2nd: Behavior Mapper
It is a script responsible for monitoring the environment and interactions, recognizing navigation behavior patterns.
Back-end
The Clearsale API is responsible for providing the way to send orders for Clearsale Analysis. The orders must be submitted in a POST request over HTTPS, using JSON as the data format.
A webhook sends the analysis results following the SLA contracts.
